All Sales Final

Every piece at Three Sisters is chosen or made with care, and many are custom made just for you. Because of the custom nature of our items, and because fabrics and soft goods can't be resold once they've been in a home, all sales are final. We're not able to offer returns or exchanges.

If something arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and I'll make it right.

Not sure about a fabric or color? Message me before you order. I'm always happy to send extra photos or details so you can feel confident in your choice.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7-10 business days, for non-custom orders.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
